Spooks, any spooks probably, can look at anything you've said already. (Not that I am against all spooks.)
Let's even speculate that your used notebook, like mine, that you bought on Ebay or somewhere, was adjusted by spooks for later monitoring?
Where was it made? Maybe it was adjusted new!
How would you know?
